Wrightway Underwriting Ltd was established in 1999, initially specialising in private and light commercial motor protection. In 2007, the agency was acquired by Zurich Insurance, one of the world’s largest insurance organisations. Over time, Wrightway expanded its product offering and is now the largest underwriting agency in Ireland, with over 80,000 customers and almost 30 private and commercial financial protection products. Wrightway is continually carrying out market research and developing its product range to enhance its position within the insurance industry and ensure that its clients receive the highest quality service.

The company has been providing underwriting and insurance services for over 15 years, trading through a network of more than 300 brokers across Ireland. It has won a number of awards and accreditations for its financial products, including the Best Product Producer Award in 2012 and 2013. Wrightway is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Vehicle Cover

Wrightway offers private and commercial motor insurance for both single vehicles and multi-vehicle fleets. The policies come with a variety of benefits, including no claims discount, legal fees cover, accidental damage protection, windscreen and windows repair, replacement locks, fire brigade charges, foreign travel cover and breakdown assistance on most of their policies.

House Cover

Wrightway offers comprehensive house insurance to help you to protect your home. The policy provides a wide level of cover and can be tailored to suit your individual needs. All risks contents cover for unspecified personal possessions and cover for sports equipment, bicycles and trailer caravans can also be added to the policy.

A 24/7, year round home emergency assistance helpline is also available and is designed to help you get your home back in order following household emergencies, such as burst pipes and leaking roofs.
