Sales Supervisor

Chill Insurance is one of Ireland's fastest growing Insurance providers. We search some of Ireland's leading insurers to give our customers better value and choice.
Due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic sales supervisor for our expanding sales team based in our Cork office on the South Mall.
This full time position will see the successful candidates report directly to our team leader/manager and play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the day-to-day motivation of the Sales Team.
- Improving the sales team’s conversion rates.
- Assisting the sales team in a timely manner, identifying training gaps and coaching needs.
- Promoting an enthusiastic and competitive atmosphere within the team.
- Team coaching as well as one to one time with team members.
- Ensuring correct adherence to all policies and procedures at all times.
- Meeting and exceeding individual, as well as team, sales and productivity targets.
- Ensuring that targets and business objectives are achieved.
- Strong leadership qualities with a willingness to accept a challenge.
Qualifications
- Qualifications in CIP, APA personal general or Grandfathered personal general insurance would be an advantage.
Skills
- Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s track record in exceeding their own sales targets.
- The suitable candidate will have a strong coaching background, with proven results of improvement through coaching.
- Leadership and team motivational skills are a prerequisite for this role.
- The successful person must be dynamic, energetic and committed to making a positive difference to the company through the effective supervising of a sales team.
- Cross functional communication is a key part of the role, oral and written, with strong organisational skills, excellent people skills and the ability to multi task.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Excellent motivational skills.
Experience
- 1+ years experience in a sales/telesales call centre environment.
- Experience in coaching and training teams to improve performance.
- Experience in insurance will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy including MS Office.
- A team builder who is results focused.
