Three Rock Group are currently on the lookout for a part-time Reconciliation Assistant (20 hours/week) to join our Team. We're after individuals who are talented, motivated, and ambitious and are looking to progress in the Insurance business. We are looking for a person who can inspire and deliver results and wants to progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a broad understanding of all the company products, services, and business objectives with main focus on Ivernia Insurance and its trading
  • Managing Insurer creditor’s ledger and related queries – building relationship with Brokers and ensuring broker settlement are timely and within agreed SLAs
  • Processing monthly account reconciliations and payments to Insurers
  • Daily and monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Monthly Client Funds reconciliations
  • Daily claims payments and claims funds reconciliation
  • Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Experience and Education

  • The ideal candidate will have APA Qualification in personal lines insurance
  • Accounts experience, whilst not a prerequisite, would be an advantage. Full training will be provided.

You will be required to demonstrate flexibility with regard to responsibilities which will be based on business demands. During the course of your employment, as the business of TRG changes, it may be necessary to change or expand your duties within the general scope of your position.
