Meet Abdul: The Chill Beekeeper

We named our company Chill for a reason.

We know life is full of needless stress, and your insurance shouldn’t add to it - so we make sure we’re the most chill way of getting insured. That means we keep things simple. We’re helpful and there for you when a big ball of stress rolls into the middle of your day. And we’re all over it when the pressure comes on and you’re relying on us.

We’ve been doing that for our insurance customers for almost twenty years, and now we’re celebrating people who share our approach to life and who make the world around them a little more chill.

Meet Abdul

Like Abdul Ahmad, an Irish-Syrian beekeeper living in Donegal. Abdul is a master of chill. On his popular TikTok channel, he shares insights about life, nature, and how to calmly persuade 10,000 buzzing worker bees to let you run off with their queen.

Who’s the most chill person you know? Whether they’re a parent managing a busy family, a neighbour who coaches the local GAA team or a friend with a stressful job who remains the picture of chill, we want to celebrate them!

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for the gift card competition you must submit your entry by 30th September 2024.
2. By entering the competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and our terms of business.
3. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Chill Insurance, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
4. Entries can be accepted via email by emailing competitions@chill.ie
5. All competition entrants must be 18 years old or over.
6. Competition prize consists of 2 x gift voucher to the total value of €500.
7. The prize may not be substituted for a cash alternative or used against an alternative product.
8. Competition winner will be randomly selected on 1st October 2024 by Chill Insurance from all the valid entries and a winner will be notified by telephone call.
9. Once winner is picked, 2 x €250 gift voucher will be delivered by 15th October 2024.
10. If we're not able to contact the prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected from the valid entries.
11. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
12. Our decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence.
13. Name of competition winner will be announced on competition page in line with section 5.34 of the Code of Standards for Advertising and Marketing Communications in Ireland.
